Grief support & bereavement care

Our part does not finish when the service does

We stay in touch with families after the funeral, and we will help you find the right support in Wellington when you want it.

Sometimes what people want is not a referral at all, it is someone to listen for twenty minutes. That is fine too, and it is not an imposition. Our support is available for as long as you need it. You can call us whenever you would like to speak with someone from our team.

There is no right way to grieve

Grief looks and feels different for everyone. There is no right way to grieve, and no timetable for it.

It can change from one day to the next. A familiar place, a piece of music or an ordinary moment may bring feelings back when you least expect them. These changes are a natural part of grieving, and there is support available whenever you need it.
